Stages
Legal issues of modular houses – Thanks to the changes introduced through the amendment to the Construction Law of 2021, a modular house up to 35 m2 (ground floor and without a basement) and a modular house up to 70 m2 with a maximum of two floors can be erected without a building permit. In this way, not only a certain amount of money is saved, but also the time that would have to be spent on formal matters.
